Lawn Doctor hopes you have enjoyed your shopping experience and value your repeat business.  For this reason the following terms and conditions have been developed to govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy

We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.

Errors in product information

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries only available to suburbs listed. No responsibility is taken for goods once delivered to nominated premises. Delivery will be on closest allocated delivery day for your area. 24 hours notice for delivery.

Bags and goods lighter then 20kg can be posted to any area in WA and delivery is 3 – 5 working days depending on product availability. No responsibility is taken for delays in deliveries due to unforseen circumstances.

Payment

Payment of all items purchased via the online store is credit card, direct deposit or COD on request. Credit cards accepted are visa and mastercard and payment and privacy is secure.

Pricing

Pricing of goods is subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to keep prices current but under some circumstances this is not always possible

Refunds and returns

 Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice within 2 days after collection or delivery that the Goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition and will not be refunded.

Items purchased as a promotion

If  however the item does not comply we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The item is returned with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase
  2. Item must be in original condition with all labels attached.
  3. In the case of stockfeed the bag may be returned opened if there is evidence of insect or damp if we are notified within 4 days of purchase of product. Any feed left unopened for longer will not be exchanged should there be a problem with condition.

If product is not up to standard we will pick up the faulty bag and replace. No food must have been fed from bag.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can issue you a gift card to use towards your next purchase made instore or online.

Personal  Information

Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business.
